Elite Body Recovery & Wellbeing

A new studio in a crowded category

Sydney’s recovery market is full of well-funded bathhouses and franchised sauna chains. Soak Bathhouse alone has 2,289 backlinks and 1,400 reviews. Elite Body Recovery had four backlinks, three directory listings out of thirteen, and a homepage that didn’t mention Maroubra or NSW.

Own the treatment searches

Rather than chase “sauna Sydney” against the bathhouses, Direct Local built the profile and site around the specific treatments people search by name — cryotherapy, ice bath, infrared sauna, red light, hyperbaric — and fixed the local signals underneath.

Number one across the grid

Seven terms at position one in the Google Maps three-pack, an average map rank of 1.0 on their core category, and 644 customer actions off the profile in the last 30 days.

Rank #1 at nearly every point on the grid

We track rankings from dozens of search points across the eastern suburbs, not just from the studio door. Every marker is a real search location, and the number is where Elite Body Recovery shows on Google Maps from there.

Willie Mason fronting the studio

The rugby league forward has been marketing the business, which gives the recovery story a name that lands with the athletes and weekend footballers the studio is built for. Search visibility puts them in front of people who are already looking; a face like this is what makes them choose.

Reputation followed the same curve — 126 Google reviews at a straight 5.0, with recent reviews naming individual therapists by name.

The work still in front of us

The treatment searches are won. The broad city-wide terms — “sauna Sydney”, body sculpting — still belong to the bathhouses and clinic groups, and those need authority behind the site rather than profile work.
